We're Doug Fleener and Matt Norcia, the principles of of Dynamic Experiences Group, LLC, a retail and customer experience consulting firm in Lexington, MA.

Our experience in independent retail and a decade as retail executives at Bose Corporation provided an ideal testing ground for our innovative ideas and approach.
